NGIL is a 250 TPD FLOAT GLASS PLANT with latest innovations. The major manufacturing facilities are ORE DRESSING PLANT, BATCH PLANT, GLASS MELTING FURNACE, TIN BATH, ANNEALING LEHR, CUTTING SHOP, HYDROGEN & NITROGEN GEN. PLANTS, CIRCULATING WATER STATION, COMPREESSED AIR STATION, 7MW POWER GENERATOR STATION. TEMPERING PLANT, COATING PLANT, WORKS LAB, LIBRARY etc.

 
NGIL operates under a fully computer controlled system using DCS and PLC software. The machinery and equipment together with the sophisticated and intricate know-how and technology have been supplied by CTIEC, CHINA, enjoying legacy of numerous scientific and engineering achievements. CTIEC has designed more than 80 float glass production lines (within and outside China) with 100% success rate.
